Privacy Notice

This notice is provided by ZRK Yazılım Ltd. Şti. ("ZRK Yazılım") as data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"). The Turkish version is the binding text.

2. What data we process

This site has no forms, accounts, cookies or visitor tracking. Personal data is processed only in these cases:

  • When you contact us: your name, email address, phone number, company details and the content of your message.
  • When you visit the site: our hosting provider's servers automatically keep technical logs (IP address, date and time, browser details) to keep the site secure and running.

3. Purposes and legal grounds

  • Answering your request, preparing a quote and handling contracts. Legal ground: necessary for entering into or performing a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c).
  • Keeping business correspondence and records for the periods required by law. Legal ground: compliance with a legal obligation (KVKK Art. 5/2-ç).
  • Keeping the site secure and preventing abuse. Legal ground: legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f).

4. Who receives the data

We do not sell your data or share it for marketing. It is shared only with these service providers, as far as their service requires:

  • Email: Google Workspace (Google LLC)
  • Hosting: Google Firebase Hosting (Google LLC)

These providers' servers are located outside Türkiye, so data may be transferred abroad under KVKK Art. 9. Data may also be disclosed to authorized public bodies when required by law.

5. How long we keep it

Correspondence is kept for a reasonable period after your request is resolved, or, if a contract is made, for the period required by law (10 years for commercial records). After that it is deleted or anonymized. Server logs follow the hosting provider's retention period.

6. Cookies

This site uses no cookies and collects no visitor statistics. All files, including fonts, are served from our own hosting; no request is sent to a third-party service when a page loads.

7. Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties it was transferred to, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request deletion or destruction where the legal conditions are met, request that such actions be notified to third parties, object to a result against you arising from automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

Send your request to iletisim@zrkyazilim.com by email. For a written application, you can request our postal address at the same email. We will respond free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
